The 21-year-old outfielder is hitting .215/.315/.456 with four homers, 16 runs scored, and one steal across 92 plate appearances.

Waldron had an excellent outing against the Rockies in Colorado. He sat down the first 10 batters he faced before loading the bases with two walks and a base hit. A pop out and ground out would get him out of the jam. Ryan McMahon finally put the Rockies on the board with a solo homer in the sixth. Waldron worked around three walks and four hits, inducing eight groundouts and striking out five. The 27-year-old right-hander will take a 3.96 ERA, 1.44 WHIP, and a 23/10 K/BB ratio across 25 innings into a start against the Reds in San Diego on Monday.

The superstar shortstop remained in the game initially to run the bases for himself but was ultimately lifted when the Rangers took the field. It’s likely that he’ll undergo some precautionary X-rays to rule out any fractures. Hopefully it’s just a bruise and he’ll be considered day-to-day. Expect Rangers’ skipper Bruce Bochy to provide an update as soon as more information is available.

That’s a tough break for the Athletics and for fantasy managers who were relying on the dynamic 24-year-old second baseman. No word yet on how much time he may miss, but oblique injuries usually take at least a couple of weeks to recover and could be even longer depending on the severity. Expect Abraham Toro to see additional run at second base for as long as Gelof is sidelined.

McArthur continues to impress on the mound since taking over as the Royals closer. Protecting a one-run lead in the ninth, he worked around a hit, striking out two for his sixth save of the season. The 27-year-old right-hander appears poised to break out as a full-time closer in Kansas City.

López authored yet another dominant performance, this time against a floundering Marlins lineup, piling up six strikeouts and only allowing five baserunners over seven frames. Yet, he was forced to settle for a no-decision after Atlanta’s bullpen coughed up a two-run lead in the ninth inning. The 30-year-old converted reliever has been a revelation this season, allowing one earned run or fewer and completing six frames in four consecutive starts to kick off his Braves debut. He’ll bring a microscopic 0.72 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 24/8 K/BB ratio across 25 innings (four starts) into a road tilt on Tuesday against the Mariners in Seattle.

Ryan retired the first six batters, striking out the side in the first. Kevin Pillar led off the third inning with a solo homer to put the White Sox on the board. Korey Lee followed two batters later with another solo blast. Ryan put two runners on in the fifth and a run would come in on a double steal of home. The 27-year-old right-hander completed six frames to earn his first win, striking out eight on 19 whiffs. Ryan will take a 3.77 ERA, 1.01 WHIP, and a 38/4 K/BB ratio across 28 2/3 innings into another start against the White Sox in Chicago on Monday.

After the Tigers rallied to take the lead in the top half of the sixth inning, the Rays tied it up on a two-out RBI single by Ben Rortvedt. Mead then followed by lining a 327-foot (87.3 mph EV) two-run homer off of Will Vest to put the Rays ahead for good. It snuck just over the cut out in left field and would only have been a home run in one of 30 MLB ballparks, fortunately for the Rays it’s the one they played in on Wednesday. The 23-year-old infielder finished the day 1-for-3 and is now hitting .231/.296/.277 with one homer and three RBI on the season.

Judge’s ongoing struggles at the dish haven’t gone unnoticed by fantasy managers, but he managed to put together a couple solid at-bats in this one, taking Athletics starter Joe Boyle deep for a two-run shot in the opening frame. It was his fourth round-tripper of the season and first time leaving the yard since April 14. The 31-year-old fantasy superstar is going to emerge from his ice-cold start at some point, it’s just a matter of time.

Pages has started to find his footing in the big leagues with a pair of multi-homer performances, including a pair of homers, in his last three contests. The 23-year-old top prospect put together an impressive three-hit performance in this one, sparking Los Angeles to a lopsided win at Nationals Park. He took veteran reliever Tanner Rainey deep in the eighth inning with a no-doubter to left field for his second career homer. He boasts a robust .903 OPS through seven games in the majors and figures to continue playing regularly, at least until Jason Heyward is ready to return from the injured list in a couple weeks.
